Essential household bills can be expensive!

When bills are piling up, don’t bury your head in the sand. Help is available.

The first step is to call your company and ask for an extended due date, or payment plan.

If you have a concession card, check its correctly listed on your account – ensuring you’re receiving eligible discounts.

Ask what other hardship services are available. Most companies have hardship teams that can offer different levels of support depending on your individual circumstances.

Bravery Trust can also help. Our team can support veterans to work out a plan moving forward – and even speak to creditors on your behalf. Call 1800 272 837.
